Divisions and Awards

The Sprint course awards ceremony will begin at 11:30 am.
The Olympic course awards ceremony will begin at 12:00 pm.
SUP/Kayak course awards ceremony will begin at 12:30pm.

Awards for the top overall male and female in the sprint and Olympic races.

Awards for the top three places for males and females in each of the following age groups for each race:

  • 19 and Under
  • 20-29
  • 30-39
  • 40-49
  • 50-59
  • 60-69
  • 70 and Over
Awards given for the top relay team in both the Olympic and Sprint distances.
Awards given for the top 3 paddlers in both the Olympic and sprint event.

Rules

Wetsuits are allowed. All cyclists must observe Minnesota traffic laws. An ANSI or SNELL-approved hard-shelled helmets are required. Drafting is prohibited. Please be familiar with all event rules before arriving.

SUP and Kayak participants must bring their own board/kayak, paddle and life jacket.
